Some projects are bigger than one patio or one deck. When you want the whole backyard rethought, we design it as one space and build it as one project: the patio, the outdoor kitchen, the fire feature, the plantings, and the fence around all of it.
One crew for the whole backyard
The usual way a backyard remodel goes wrong is three contractors who never talk to each other. The patio company pours, then the landscaper cuts into it, then the fence crew drives a skid steer over the new beds. We do the whole project with one crew and one plan, in the order that protects the work already done.
How a backyard remodel works
We start with a design conversation at your home: how you use the yard now, what isn’t working, and what you want it to feel like when it is done. Then we design the full space and give you one quote, broken into pieces. Some families build it all at once. Others phase it over two or three seasons, patio first, kitchen next, plantings last. Designing everything up front means each phase fits the next one, even if it is built a year later.
What a remodel can include
Paver patios and walkways, decks and pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and fireplaces, retaining walls, native plant landscaping, lighting, and fencing. You won’t need to call anyone else.
What drives the price
Scope, mostly. A remodel is priced as the sum of its parts, and phasing lets you spread the investment without redesigning each time. We’re upfront about which pieces give you the most use for the money in your specific yard.
